For several years now many German and British citizens living in and around Rheinbach have wanted to extend the already successful twinned-town relations of Deinze (Belgium) and Villeneuve (France) to a suitable town in Great Britain. The choice fell on Sevenoaks in Kent, conveniently located between Dover and London. This site tells the reader of our objectives and “what’s on”, but also provides a brief history of past milestones on the way to the twinning of the two Europeon towns.
